What’s Next?

You will get an email confirming we have received your submission.  Any question you included in your booking form or email will be answered by a professional Résumé Key consultant within 24 hours (or on the next business day if it is after hours).  You will be provided with the date and time of our next available appointment for your free 1 hour consultation.

During your 1 hour initial consultation your consultant will get to know you, your skills and your employment background. You will also receive tips and hints for interviews and applying for positions in the current employment market.

You will be requested to provide any old or partial résumés you may have (don’t worry if you don’t have one – you are not alone).  If you require a cover-letter, a job posting will be required as well.

 After our consultant gets to know you, they will spend the next 7-10 business days (depending on the type of assistance you require) creating your targeted résumé to help you put your best foot forward.  We also provide rush services (for an additional fee).

We will contact you via email to provide an electronic copy for your approval.  Any changes you would like to be made will happen at this time (up to 3 drafts).

Your finished product will be professionally edited and provided to you electronically, in 3 different formats for your convenience.
